19th Century Spode Blue and White Platter
About the Item
An incredible late 19th century English Spode white porcelain platter with a charming blue transfer floral pattern with roses, leaf festoons, and other flowering vines. The platter is rather deep and would be perfect for serving roasts, chickens, or any other foods that may have a lot of liquid. Marked on the back with 'W.T. Copeland & Sons' and 'F 84', recognizing its manufacture in February of 1884.
