Imari Charger, C. 1900

About the Item

Circa 1900 Japanese hand painted Imari charger. The charger is hand painted in an array of spectacular colors and has a central lozenge with a potted plant, surrounded by a fan design, each part of the fan decorated with intricate patterns for a wonderful design overall. The border is scalloped as well for added design interest.
