George VI sterling silver tray. Made by Thomas Bradbury & Sons Ltd in Sheffield in 1946. Rectangular with molded rim and double-scroll corners; end bracket handles same. Traditional Georgian for the postwar era. Fully marked including retailer’s stamp (Peter Guille) and phrase “Made in England”. Heavy weight: 120 troy ounces.
