PIQUE-NIPPON wood box, handmade in France by Sepa , OROS Edition
About the Item
This "Pique-Nippon" box was designed in close collaboration with Victor Giannotta from Sepa. Imagined as a complete set echoing Japanese culinary art, it includes :
. 2 pairs of ash chopsticks with the end partially burned,
. 2 chopstick rests in carved chestnut,
. 2 containers in carved chestnut,
. 1 tablet in carved pear wood,
. 1 original drawing in ink made by the craftsman on recycled paper from the Bouillons workshop, and a vegetable fiber ribbon from the 20s.
The finish and precision of the details make it a collector's item.
Limited edition of 4 copies.
Use and care :
Do not put the part in the dishwasher. If it is stained, clean it only in hot water with a sponge and dry immediately. To regain a certain luster of the wood, we advise each customer to apply a natural wax or linseed oil to it with a soft cloth.
