Old French Walnut Oil Jug Removed from a Chateau from the Hills above Cannes

About the Item

We recently purchased several of these French pottery antique / vintage walnut oil jugs, or some dealers refer to them simply as pitchers. They were originally intended to transport walnut oil, but I am sure that these antique French pottery jugs probably held water or wine at some point in their lives. No prior repairs,
