Antique Silver Carving Set of Knife and Fork embellished with a protective Stag
This set is particularily good and beautifull an excellent steel knife blade needs polishing given. there is silver missing which can be seen clearly on the hillt where the crest would have been its just viisible on the reverse. It carves beautifully for the Roast, Turkey or whatever and as can be seen has a full Stag modelled on the hinged protective guard. Thoroughly recomended as useful funtional and attractive to carve dinner with. This set was from a ancient Scottish country family
