Antique silver document case from Burma Burmese, late 19th century Measures: Length 48cm, diameter 6cm This wonderful object is a Burmese marriage document case. The case is cylindrical in form, and its silver surface is profusely adorned with both pierced and etched decorations, the motifs of which derive from Buddhist symbols.
