About the Item
An exceptional Art Deco Capstan Silver Inkwell fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1938.
It has the words "Presented by the NCO's & Men 101st Battery RFA' engraved on the top of the lid, thus presented by Royal Field Artillery just before the start of the second world war.
A really nice piece of personal regimental history, probably presented for retirement or a visiting dignitary.
