Pair of elegant Empire candleholders on an unfilled base, conical structure, offset olive-shaped grommets with a flat, plate-shaped drip edge, smooth, simple design of the surface divided by delicate leaf and pearl friezes. Made circa 1810 Branded by the Milan control hallmark until 1810 Fineness mark: 7-sided, stars, '2' - fineness 800 for large objects 1810-1872 additional unidentified mark Size: Height 21.5 cm / 8.46 in Diameter 11.0 cm / 4.33 in total weight: 593 Grams / 20.87 OZ / 19.06 troy ounces Condition: very well-maintained condition.
