19th century French copper saucepan

About the Item

This French copper pan is from the 19th century. It was hand-forged in Villedieu-les-Poêles in Normandy. It is of high quality, heavy and has a nice long riveted iron handle. Its patina is beautiful. A beautiful copper saucepan makes many cooking enthusiasts dream and helps create a vintage atmosphere. The aesthetic appearance of this pan is very flattering and does not leave indifferent. Nothing like it to sublimate, embellish your country or urban cooking and give it that little retro decor that everyone likes. This saucepan was used by a great cooking professional who owned a renowned restaurant in a Breton village renowned for its historical past. He appreciated the material for cooking. Thanks to the equal distribution of heat, his dishes attached less quickly to the pan. The diffusion of the heat being done slowly, he succeeded wonderfully his sauces.
