Product description:
This moomin mug depicts the character "snorkmaiden" from the Moomin series. The artwork on the mug has been designed / chosen by Tove Slotte. The form-desing of the mug is by Kaj Franck and orginates from his Teema series. On the moomin fandom website the character snorkmaiden is characterized as being "loyal to her friends and somewhat emotional", furthermore, "She is seen to be quite energetic and often changes her mind and acts impulsively.". The story on the website continues: "She is brave and warm-hearted, despite sometimes coming across as selfish or vain, due to wanting to take care of her appearance.". You would say that after reading this it is clear that the character is a 5 year old child, but, she is depicted as good cook as well and is able to make cures for stomach aches.
Product condition:
The mug is in very good condition, there are only some (barely visible) scratches on top of the mug (all visible on the product pictures).
