About the Item
air of antique Japanese, late Meiji era, enamel over brass charger plates. The wares are enameled with a polychrome image of naturalistic ducks in blossoming flowers to the center surrounded by bird, floral, foliage, cloud, wavy patterns, medallions, on red ground made in the Cloisonne technique. The backside is adorned with a foliage ornament on turquoise ground made using the same technique. Circa: Late 19th Century
Dimensions: D 10 3/4 in. All measurements are approximate.
