A silver putto wine bottle stopper A silver (800/1000 purity of silver) wine bottle stopper with a scene of Verrocchio's charming little angel, Putto with a dolphin Andrea del Verrocchio (Italian sculptor and painter), Leonardo's Master, at Palazzo Strozzi (Leonardo da Vinci, was his most famous pupil) The stopper on a marble base, marked with 800 for silver purity 800/1000 and the other mark is faded to read The measurement of the stopper is 7 cm high, 4 cm wide and the depth is 2,7 cm With the marble base is it 13,5 cm high and 5,5 cm diagonal The weight of the stopper is 33 gram and in total the weight is 190 gram.
