Antique early 20th century Edwardian Arts & Crafts solid silver pair of wine coolers, each raised on a circular spreading foot, deep hand hammered and embossed with an elaborately large scrolling cartouche, applied with three stylized scroll handles, a wonderful period piece, that triumphs the end of the arts & crafts period.
Hallmarked English Silver (925 Standard), London, year 1906 (e), Maker's TRWBHH (unidentified), one Retailed by Goldsmiths Company, 112 Regent street, London, the other by Mappin Brothers, 220 Regent st, London.
