18th Century Swedish Antique Iron Stick with Base of Wood

About the Item

An old antique Swedish 18th century iron candlestick with the foot made of wood. Very charming & solid. This candlestick is called "stumpastake" in Sweden. These were good when you wanted to take advantage of the whole light so that nothing would be wasted. Lovely patina and very genuine. Made in iron & wood.
