Wonderful antique oil painting of a shepherd herding his flock of sheep Glorious work of art is by Belgium artist Henry Schouten 1857-1927 We date this piece to circa 1890 Great work of art by a collectable artist Very detailed, the quality to the brushwork is phenomenal Henry Schouten was a Belgian artist best known for painting farmyard scenes of animals in their environment.
