About the Item
Vintage Folk Art Sea Horse Hooked Rug, circa 1960, featuring a family of three variously sized and colored sea horses swimming against a variegated blue and white ocean background, mounted on a linen covered wooden stretcher to be hung on a wall.
The rug remains in good used condition with strong colors. It has of course lived underfoot so there are of course some spots of discoloration, and a few spots with wear as shown in the photos. Overall it is very presentable and extremely charming.
