1930s Caruso's Old New York Restaurant Enamel Sign
About the Item
Caruso's cobalt blue and white enamel wall mounted sign. From the restaurant in Poughkeepsie, NY's Little Italy neighborhood. Circa 1930-40. Originally mounted on the side of the building's brick facade. Baked porcelain enamel on metal. Good to fair condition with obvious wear, scratches, drips and losses due to weather and age. Some rust and a minor crease by the 'U'. Structurally sound.
Overall approximate measurements are 60" wide x 12" high.
