Mid-20th century Folk Art English acrobat toy
We are proud to offer a rare example of a mid-20th century English folk-art acrobat toy. Handmade from scratch, mixture of wood legs, arms and head, covered with handmade clothing and wound up by the arms being rotated 360 degrees.
Size in inches approximate: H 10” x W 4.5” x D 3”
Condition: These items are completely solid in structure and form. The wind p mechanism is a bit loss therefore the toy only jumps once as the mechanism springs forward abruptly. The figures wooden sections show wear and loss of paint in sections.
