1970s chandelier by Oscar Torlasco for Esperia (Italy)

About the Item

Rare pendant lamp designed by Oscar Torlasco in the 1970s and produced by Esperia, a Tuscan company that has been making high-end decorative lighting. Oscar Torlasco (Rome, 1934-2004) was an Italian designer specializing in lighting. In 1959 he won the Italian Design Compasso d'Oro award for his street lamp, entitled "Genova 4053." The frame is made of chrome-plated steel with oval and round lenticular glass that enhances and brings out the 5 points of light. The chandelier is in perfect condition.
