1970s Vintage Industrial Black Flameproof Edison Twin Striplight by Daeyang
About the Item
A vintage industrial 1970s black flameproof Edison twin striplight made c1977 by Daeyang, a South Korean manufacturer of industrial grade fixtures and fittings.
Salvaged from military vessels then professionally restored by Loomlight in the UK ready for use in modern interiors.
A real example of vintage industrial lighting that you just don't see these days. It would have been impossible to buy these fixtures when they where manufactured as they are NATO fixtures not available to the public.
Weighing approximately 10kg and supplied fitted with 4x Edison 300mm LED E26 dimmable LED filament bulbs, compatible with 110v USA voltage.
The main body is cast aluminium with steel and brass fittings. The tubes are formed from flameproof glass. This light has been re-finished with an iron coating to provide the matt black finish.
All lights are professionally re-wired in-house to exceed British Standards using CE approved components. Dimensions and weights are approximate. For all orders to USA, UL listed bulb holders, wiring and 100v bulbs will be fitted. All lights are sold ready for use in your home or commercial installation.
