About the Item
Fine quality art deco period art deco alabaster ceiling light circa 1920.
8 arm chandelier with light fitments and faux candle covers. 4 bulb holders inside the bowl to illuminate the stone. Suspended by 4 heavy decorative chains leading up to the scalloped ceiling rose. We recommend that this lamp is professionally rewired and installed, some of the original wiring is still present.
Natural faults in the stone work, good structural condition with minor surface marks. Height measured from rose to base of bowl.
Some restoration to alabaster through the natural faults of the stone.
