French Art Deco Chandelier Signed Marius-Ernest Sabino
About the Item
A rare French Art Deco chandelier from the 1930's was designed by the glass master "Marius-Ernesto Sabino" which consists of six glass panels in great condition. Each clear frosted molded glass shade is marked SABINO - 5139 - FRANCE in geometric, streamlined design held by a frameless frame in nicked bronze. All glass panels are signed (signature in the last image). Rewired to U.S. standards which accommodate six household bulbs (total of 1200 watts max.) Matching wall sconces are available as shown in the last photo. Custom drop (extended or shorten from original dimension) re-plating in different finishes upon request. We are the rare source that specializes exclusively in French Art Deco for over three decades, since 1991 with restoration, repair and plaiting for any lighting period located in Long Island City, N.Y.
