French Mid-20th Century Forged Iron Chandelier with Long Shape
About the Item
A French iron three-light vintage chandelier. This French rectangular-shaped chandelier from the mid-20th century, features a flattened, oblong forged-iron beam with decorative split-ends, topped with three cupped iron bobèches and painted candle sleeves. The beam is flanked with upward designed hooks and is suspended from the upper canopy with two linked chains. This light fixture has rich, warm rusty tones and a wonderfully aged patina throughout. It has been rewired for the US and comes with a complimentary 3-foot chain and canopy painted to match. This French mid-century suspended ceiling light would look quite charming over a kitchen island.
