German Pendant Light with Carved Wooden Mountain Climber Figure and Lantern

About the Item

The wonderful German pendant light features a hand-carved figure of a mountain climber in beautifully hand-painted Bavarian traditional clothing in green, black, white, and red colors. The detailed carved wooden mountaineer wears a hat and is holding onto a rope and holding a very nice iron and orange glass lantern in one hand. The height of the pendant lamp is circa 80 cm / 31.5 in. The wooden figure is circa 52 cm / 20.47 in long, 15 cm / 5.9 in deep, and circa 25 cm / 9.84 in wide. The carved wooden figure looks extremely lifelike and inspires with its attention to detail. The extraordinary ceiling lamp moves everyone to imagine the beautiful Alps, mountains, Bavaria, and Austria, it will be a real eye-catcher in your interior. An excellent gift for a mountain enthusiast. One socket for the E14 size light bulb. The light fixture is in complete working order, but as with all vintage or antique lighting, we would always suggest it is installed by a qualified electrician.
