Italian 1970s Modern Chrome 8 Light Chandelier

About the Item

Height 16" body 38" with chain A wonderful 1970s modern design chrome chandelier from Italy in a simple yet elegant geometric design. The chandelier has 8 sockets for standard bulbs. A central round tube supports four large semi circular chrome concave shades. In turn, each larger shade is mounted in the front with two socket. One facing up and one facing down. The sockets and bulbs are hidden by a narrow semi circular concave shade facing inward. The light from the bulbs is reflected off the large back piece and outward. The body of the chandelier is 16" in diameter. As shown, from the top of the ceiling canopy to the bottom of the chandelier, the drop is 38". Light wear to chandelier.

    An incredible Italian sculptural pendant light from the 1970s. The chrome frame has six candelabra sockets housed inside a large 21.5 inch diameter opaque white mushroom top shade. The shade is hand blown with a layer of white glass over clear glass to create the see through opaque shade. Inside are six chrome candelabra sockets that extend up through the top dish on the globe.
