Lisa Johansson-Pape Glass 'Onion' Pendants
About the Item
Lisa Johansson-Pape glass 'Onion' Pendants. Handblown in thick opaline glass with white cord and canopy. Originally designed in 1954 in Finland, the 'Sipuli' (which is Finnish for 'onion') received a Gold Medal at the Milan Triennial the year it was introduced. Its sculptural, symmetrical and harmonious design is striking alone or in groups.
