Metal Pendant by Henri Mathieu in Silver and Purple, 1970s
About the Item
Henri Mathieu designed this highly original fixture, circa 1970. It consists of three hanging pendants. Each pendant is approximately 19 cm / 7.5 inches in diameter and 26 cm / 10 inches high. The three elements can be hung at different heights.
The pendants that are shaped like double conches are made of bands of brushed metal. The internal surface of the bands is lacquered pale purple. When illuminated the lamp radiates a warm light.
