Stunning design and all original, handcrafted pendant light, Italy, 1960s.
For the Mid-Century Modern design enthousiasts and collectors we have brought this remarkable 1950s or 1960s hallway pendant home from our travels to Italy. The combination of the red copper and the beveled glass panels of this striking light immediately struck a cord and we knew we had to try to purchase this light. The hexagonal shape growing wider towards the top and designed with stylish, metal spikes atop really is a rare and very good quality design. There are absolutely no chips or cracks in the glass, but there are some minor scratches on the inside of the glass panels. Especially when mounted on your ceiling the design and the great look and feel of this work of lighting art will be much more visible then those minor scratches. Thanks to the chain we (or you) can also shorten the drop to one that is perfect for you and thanks to the adjustable-in-height-canopy, mounting this light tight to your ceiling too is child's play. Mind you, this striking fixture is rewired to the highest standard for safe and immediate usage in the USA as well.
