MINIMALISTIC TEAK & OPAL GLASS CHANDELIER , DENMARK 1960s
DIAMETER 33" / 84cm HEIGHT OF THE BODY 8 "/ 20cm TOTAL ORIGINAL HEIGHT 29"/ 75cm
This elegant chandelier is a timeless and elegant masterpiece of Danish Furniture Design. The light sculpture impresses with a japanese ZEN character - clear lines, lightness and perfect craftsmanship of the materials wood and glass. There are only minimal signs of life. The lamp is in very good vintage condition, technically correct with Edison sockets (E27). The handblown and -cutted glass blossoms (2-layered opal glass, white inside, clear outside) are good with 2 minimal chips, invisible by using. The diameter of each tube is 3,5 inches, the height 8 inches.
