All original and aesthetically perfect glass and brass pendant. With early 20th century light fixtures as one of our specialities, we are always thrilled to find antique pendant lights that we have never seen before. This superb condition Arts and Crafts pendant is beautifully designed and it comes with the most striking, stylized daffodil flowers. These stylized flowers with their flowing and elegant lines are as elegant as they come and both with the light switched on and off they are incredibly pleasing to the eye. The European Arts and Crafts style / era (roughly between 1890 and 1915) in most parts of Europe was better known as Jugendstil or Art Noveau. Some of our photos may give you the impression that when the light is switched on you cannot see the beautiful flower patterns from further away. However, this is not the case. Somehow our camera lenses are simply unable to capture them when the light is on. You can again take our word for it. So this is another one of those cases where our antiques are even better looking in real life than in any of our photos. Have you also noticed the stunning and equally mint brass chain and canopy? They too add to the pure elegance that this antique pendant light displays.
