About the Item
Highly original post-war design of the classic machinist's work lamp by Mek Elek, London. c.1950
Originally designed for use in machine shops, usually mounted to lathes and milling machines. In the original factory applied taupe paint. EIIR markings to first joint plate, along with Mek-Elek to the others and the shade mount.
Rewired with 2m of black round flex and BS 3-pin plug.
