Art Deco Metal and Glass Floor Lamp, France - 1940s
About the Item
H 171 cm W 55 cm D 55 cm
Material: Polished and nickel-plated brass, cut and polished clear glass, E 27 socket, textile-sheathed connection cable, cord dimmer.
Condition: good condition
Special features: with slight signs of wear. Our electrician has checked the wiring of this beautiful light and improved the details. Safe operation with a protective earth conductor is now guaranteed again.
About this object: Fine materials and good workmanship can be found in this decorative ART DECO floor lamp from France. Apparently produced in a small series, not many of these lamps have survived the last 70 years. Only once, many years ago, were we able to offer such a piece. In the living room or entrance hall, the lamp always sets a high-quality (light) accent. The included cord dimmer makes it easy to create different moods and the dimmer can also be used with dimmable LED lamps,
