Italian 18th Century Neo-Classical St. Giltwood Floor Lamp

About the Item

An impressive Italian 18th century Neo-Classical st. patinated wood, giltwood, and faux painted marble floor lamp. The floor lamp is raised by a beautiful square faux painted Verde Antico marble base below an elegant mottled foliate wrap around giltwood band. The square pedestal support displays wonderfully executed fitted faux painted Brèche de Medicis marble panels at each side framed within fine giltwood borders. The striking circular fluted support column above displays a square giltwood base with a circular mottled plinth with finely carved wrap around foliate bands and a superb mottled foliate top cap.
