Pair of Giltwood Candelabra with Original Gilding
About the Item
A pair of mid-19th century Italian giltwood candelabra with original gilding, the stems are carved with floral motifs and the triform base has a cartouche to each side.
The candelabra have been previously wired for electricity, this can be rewired for US or European specifications, or removed so that the candelabra can be used with candles. Re-wiring is included in the price.
The pair of candelabra are stable and balanced, there are some small patches of missing gilding, this can be touched in if required.
Height from floor to drip tray is 51 inches, the height from floor to top of the bulb holder is 57 inches (144 cm).
