This European made antique lantern with Eastern Islamic architectural design features is another one of those unique, beautifully handcrafted and very stylish ceiling lamps that we have become known for at home and abroad. This, from top to bottom, brass pendant with its square base and unique dome top even comes with its original and beautiful antique 'cathedral glass' panels. Have you also noticed the typical Eastern design bronze finials on each of the corners on the 'roof' of this pendant? They too ad to this lanterns unique design. When the light is on, this pendant creates two beautiful circular patterns on your ceiling and if you will hang it relatively close to your walls then you can also see the more geometrical patterns of the 'windows' on your walls. The overal design combined with the beautiful patina AND the warm yellow cathedral glass, gives this Eastern lantern a truly mystical look and feel, making it an absolute joy to own and to look at. With the light switched on, this rare work of lighting art radiates a warm light that will create just the perfect atmosphere in a room for meditation/prayer, but also in an entryway, on a landing or in any other small room.
