About the Item
Chic pair of gold and black French Mid-Century Modern wall sconces in the manner of Maison Bagues with a neoclassical style decoration having an arrow motif and rams heads.
This 1950s circa sophisticated appliques are composed of a black lacquered brass round-bottom wall plaque with a gilt star placed in the center and adorned with an arrow in gilded bronze.
On the round wall plate are placed two scrolled golden brass arms rising from each side of the wall lamp wonderfully decorated with rosettes and rams heads under the round gilt brass drip pans.
These vintage wall lights fixture are a classic evergreen thanks to their convenient size you can have a classy lighting even in a powder room or tiny mudroom
Two bulbs per wall light and candle-style sockets. Newly wired and ready to install. Great scale. Very good overall condition.
