Mid-Century Modern Sconces in Murano Glass by Mazzega Made in Italy 1970s
Mazzega designed this set of two modernist wall lights in Italy in the 1970s. They are made from thick clear, orange Murano glass and metal brackets. Exquisite and delicate wall lights, comfortable with all decor periods. The stylish elegance of this lamp suits many environments, from the mid-century to modern. They are fitted with an E14 socket. The lights are compatible with US/UK/ASIA standards. Also LED compatible. Cleaned and well-wired, in complete working order, and ready to use. The frame is in good condition, with a minor patina on the metal parts. The lights can be disassembled, and the glasses can be individually wrapped for easy transport. When you choose for used mid-century lighting, you use what is already there, making it sustainable. You may not give the lighting a second, but even a third or fourth life. Mid-century design lighting is a high-quality product that lasts several lives for a reason. Some lighting has a rich history, and the story is still visible or tangible with some. The signs of wear give a glimpse into the previous owner's life.
