This wall light was designed by Hans Agne Jakobsson in the 1950s and produced by his own company, Hans Agne Jakobsson A. B. in Markaryd, Sweden. This light is made of solid metal lacquered in the typical Hans Agne Jakobsson green and white. The light is made of 6 white shade and green top, which creates a fantastic atmosphere of diffused light.
The original producer label is still on the light. The item is in a very good vintage condition, as it is new old stock. Slight patina and minimal traces due to more than 50 years of storaging.
An absolute rarity of the Hans-Agne Jakobsson design selection.

Hans-Agne Jakobsson
Hans-Agne Jakobsson was a Swedish interior and furniture designer, who ran his own company from 1951. Jakobsson was especially famous for his lighting designs, which often had a softly glowing light and organic shape. His designs were inspired by great, modern Scandinavian designers such as the Finnish icon Alvar Aalto and Danish lighting master Poul Henningsen.
