Pair 19th Century Embossed Brass Baroque Wall Sconces
About the Item
Pair 19th Century Embossed Brass Baroque Wall Sconces feature elaborate detail embossed from solid brass that has achieved a lovely patina over the past century and a half! Originally intended for candles, each has been expertly wired to US Standards, designed to hard wire into the wall. Each features stylized shell, floral and foliate motifs which abound in the design, centered with an abstract egg form. The essence of the Baroque style has been captured in this design, and with a pair of newly electrified chandelles on each sconce, one can more easily appreciate the beauty of the pair, as well as add a nice level of ambient light to one's room. The chandelles are finished with realistic looking candlesleeve covers for the perfect finishing touch.
