About the Item
Pair of French two-light iron sconces from the mid-20th century. This vintage pair of sconces from France each feature a stylized fleur de Lis back-plate with hammered texturing, from which a c-shaped arm extends out supporting the torch style lights at either end. Each of the light posts has a petite bottom finial and is topped with a flower-shaped bobèche and painted candle sleeve within it's center. The light fixtures are black iron with a nicely aged patina. This pair of French midcentury sconces with hammered texture and torch lights have been wired for the US.
