About the Item
Very interesting 18th century Spanish ceramic wine or oil storage jar with wonderful olive green glaze with raised leaf and floral design in yellow. The word 'Recuerdo', which translates to 'Memory' curiously written upside down in the center. A beautiful piece of early pottery with a mysterious inscription, now mounted as a lamp. With two raised handles on the top front.
A unique addition to any interior.
