Amazing Pair of Monumental Hand-Painted Blown Glass Lamps
About the Item
A beautiful, highly unusual pair of monumental blown glass lamps, circa 1960. Sexy, slender design with cream reversed painted inside. Fabulous hand-painted floral motifs cover the outside. Atop a cast metal plinth base finished in cream lacquer with brass accents. Exceptional detail and craftsmanship. Exquisite jewelry ! Excellent restored condition. Rewired using clear cord; new brass three-way sockets with brass turn switch. Complete with new custom grass-cloth shades (size: 13" x 16" x 15" high) and new cube Lucite/brass finials. The brass has been hand polished and displays wonderful patina. Width and depth noted are per the base, the height noted is to the top of the finial. The price listed is for the pair.
