Antique E. F. Caldwell Bronze and Marble Table Lamp with Figural Greek Mask Feet

About the Item

An antique E. F. Caldwell bronze and marble table lamp of exceptional quality. Feet modeled as Greek masks support a round carved, fluted white marble base and a cast bronze central pedestal for the lamp. The lamp was likely originally intended as a fluid lamp base. It had three sockets added and had been wired in the middle of the 20th century. There is also replaced threading to the finial. The lamp in working order with older wiring. (Rewiring would be recommended before use). The base is stamped a C in diamond. Height: circa 34 1/2 with finial. (Finial height circa 8 in.)
