Strikingly designed, heavy, black enameled metal "Gabbiano" ("seagull") table lamp with wing-shaped frosted glass shade by Italy's Giberti Illuminazione. Made in 1985. The wave-like movement of the cast iron lamp stem leads to a glass shade made of glass. A beautiful example of Italian design
In original condition with some wear consistent with age and use.
