Hermes Paris, Art Deco Extremely Rare Pair of candlestick-style lamps, 1932

About the Item

Hermès Paris, Art Deco Pair of candlestick-style lamps, manufactured in 1932. Height : 16.5 cm We are extremely proud to offer for sale this superb and extremely rare pair of table lamps created by Hermès Paris in 1932. According to the direction of Hermes Heritage, theses lamps were designed to be used as flashlights, so they would run on battery and don't need to be plugged anywhere. This makes them so nice and easy to use. Designed like a pair of Candlestiks, they are very elegant on a dinner table, but could also perfectly fit each side of a bead. Attached in the pictures, an extract of Hermes Heritage archives, where the lamps are reproduced, dated in 1932. A true Lightning masterpiece, highly collectible, never seen on the market these past years, and even rarer as a pair.
