About the Item
These sculptural lights in plain and stained alabaster are increasingly hard to find. This one, dating from perhaps the second quarter of the 20th century, is in exceptional condition, even the spherical shade is undamaged and unstained. The eagle is boldly modelled with fierce beak and talons.
