Johan Lindstèn Meltdown Table Lamp in Glass and Iron for Cappellini

About the Item

In this product, the illuminating function has become a pretext for the creation of an object with a markedly bold personality; the celebrated Meltdown lamp by Johan Lindstèn is available in two options: table and suspended version. For the hanging version there are three different formats (single, a cluster with 4 diffusers, a cluster with 8 diffusers). The diffusers of all of these lamps have a distinctive spherical form made from colored pâte de verre glass that has been mouth-blown into a mould. The palette includes the following shades: amber, tobacco, rose, amethyst, light blue and dove grey. The glass used for this lamp is a one-of-a-kind expression of the ancient art of masterful glassmakers; any small air bubbles or variations in the color intensity are due to the artisanal craftsmanship and represent a valuable addition. Structure: Iron tube and plate, diffuser: colored transparent glass Available finishes: Six different colors: VT1 amber, VT2 tobacco, VT3 dove, VT4 light blue, VT5 amethyst, VT6 pink Additional details: Each code comes with a fixed color matching. Upon request a different color mix or monochrome version are available. Bulbs not included. Halogen bulbs suggested, max 60W 230V; lamp holder type E27. Available cable lamp for hanging version: 2.5 mt. Each single diffuser is ø26.4 cm.
