- Condition:Rewired: When renovating our original reclaimed lighting all existing electrical parts are removed and renewed with modern electrical components. Lights supplied to U.S.A and Canada are installed using UL Certified cable and lamp holders. Wear consistent with age and use. The metal work has been protected with several coats of beeswax and buffed to a shine locking in the beautiful patina whilst original brass & copper elements have been exposed, lightly cleaned and polished.

Made in England circa 1950 The Silvered glass has wonderful patina and no shade is alike, the aluminium galleries, brass swan neck brackets and baseplate have all been finished to a high polish but are left untreated to age naturally. Brochure images are taken from our 1951 G.E.C Handbook and the shades are not shown in the 1935 handbook, Glass type F45000 with aluminium gallery for high shallow windows and medium dressing.
