Pair of Mid Century Articulated Bamboo Table Lamps, Vienna, 1950s
About the Item
Iconic pair of midcentury articulated table lamps probably from the workshops of Carl Auböck, J. T. Kalmar or Rupert Nikoll in Vienna, Austria.
The lamps are made of articulated bamboo stems, have horseshoe chrome bases and black shrink lacquered shades.
Very rare lamps, never seen before. They are sleeplessly adjustable and provide a smooth light.
Measures: height 18.5" to. 31.5” max (47 to 80 cm max), depth 9" (23 cm), width 17.7" (23 cm) per lamp.
Lighting: takes one Edison E14 base screw bulb per lamp.
Wattage: we recommend up to 40w per bulb. Works on 220v as well as 110v.
Condition: fully working, very good condition.
Wiring: the lamp/s has been tested with US American light bulbs under 120v and works flawlessly, no tools or rewiring required. All our goods are originally wired for 220v. Delivery without bulbs.
